My psuedo-understanding of blurring the seal is that only the President can use it, and that it certainly may not be used by any political group or candidate who is not the President. Thus, it is blurred by other parties posting the video on their political campaign twitters.
When I was young I used to dream that one day Hollywood would make a big budget movie from a comic book. Now that I'm old I wish they would just please stop making comic book movies.
