Great column. The information on/from Walensky is just infuriating. People have been censored for "misinformation" about COVID. Censorship is what my Senator, Amy Klobuchar, wants more of in terms of "regulating" Big Tech. 75% had FOUR comorbidities?! Whatever HAVE we been doing? All this change in deaths just to prop up our dementia-ridden President?! Wow. (BTW, anyone yapping about windmills after wildfires should be put away...)
As for vaccines, they were intended for the original strain of COVID; they supposedly prevented "serious hospitalization and death," even with the Delta/India variant. If I have this right, the vaccines are INEFFECTIVE (can't italicize) against the Omicron strain.
As for Baldwin--like AOC, there are different rules for our self-styled "Elites".
I was going to make some comment about the vaccines and then preface it with my vaxxed status, but then I remembered it's nobody's business but mine. That said, I do wish people remembered that vaccines are not magic shields, they're just a tool to help your body fight disease. Is the tool the right tool for fighting the COVIDs? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Keep in mind that on Earth-2, if Trump were President and assuming he would be doing anything different, the CDC would be giving straight numbers and Dems in blue states would still be lighting their hair on fire and screaming about "not locking down enough" and all the BS they did in 2020. Though, I suspect that even in Earth-2 Walensky and Fauci would still be just as employed as here because it seems like every president is too weak to hold them accountable.

And maybe one for "Days Since Joe Biden Promised to Invoke the Defense Production Act to Make Sure We All Had Enough Equipment and Supplies to Deal with the Pandemic."
