Why Ban Fake Meat?
Will anybody eat it anyway?
I like Ron DeSantis,1 and I recoil at the idea of lab-grown meat. So you’d think I would agree with him about this:
“Take your fake lab-gown meat elsewhere. We’re not doing that in the state of Florida!”
That’s what governing means, I guess. If you personally dislike something, you ban it.
DeSantis even got the nod from Senator Lurch:
But something about it just rubs me the wrong way,2 and I’m trying to figure out why.
