Absolutely ... when I got something good to write about my Ducks.
And, just so I'm clear here, when I say the duck part, I'm talking 'bout the Oregon Ducks. I'm a 1990 graduate of the University of Oregon. That's where the "duck" part in "A Duck On A Bike" comes from.
Right now, it's basketball season and it's been a slog for both the men, and women, maybe I'll get to it soonish.
How about if you don't feel guilty for skipping a day? I subscribe to 16 Substacks—in addition to countless other sources of news/info throughout the day—and appreciate (and usually read) those who offer less. Glenn Greenwald sends an effing manifesto every couple of days and I've stopped trying to absorb any of it. Your stuff is always great, and you're worth the price. But a day isn't ruined if you don't pop up in the inbox. Pace yourself.
Hey, thanks for reassuring us that it's nothing bad. I came here exactly to say 'hope it's nothing bad'. We can (just barely) hang on until you can get back to the routine. Good luck!
Noooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I mean, okay.
Might I interest readers in the ramblings of a dumb duck who rides a bike? I do the substack thing now. Not nearly to the level as our Dear Leader.
So, check it out. Or not. I don't care. I'll keep writing even if no one reads it.
On second thought, it's pretty boring shit. Lots of bike related content. I strongly recommend you ignore my suggestion. You are warned.
What about duck related content? 🦆

What a coincidence. I’m dropped out of university of Oregon. I remember the ducks though , happy with all the friggin rain
Loved living in Eugene when I was there; surrounded by the coast range mountains, fantastic bike riding playground.
I hate Eugene now, it's gross. Looks like a mini, soggy San Fran.
Praying that all will be well for you. Take the time you need - we’ll be right here where you left us.

Agreed! Take your time and relax.
Whatever is afoot, best of luck.
No worries.
This counts as a post.
I want to cancel. Subscribed by mistake. Thank you
Special Prosecutor Jim Treacher - has a nice ring to it.
Good luck
Sooooo... Open Thread?
Yuppers! I started one up(down?)stairs.
Sad to hear that. It was very beautiful when I was there
Hey Man. Take it easy if you can. Look forward to hearing from you.
BTW, anyone who wants to indict Mike Pence probably kicks puppies when you're not looking.
(Just thought I'd start something.)
I knew it! Elon has tapped Jim and Iowahawk to lead the new twitters. You heard it here first folks!
I would kvell at this news. "I knew him when he was just a dude on the Intertubes!"
Yah gotta do what yah gotta do.
