Mamdani vs. Facts

Transcript

It’s Monday, March 9, 2026. I’m allegedly Jim Treacher, and I have no idea what time it is right now.

At this point, can’t daylight save itself? Why do we keep having to bail it out? Figure it out, daylight.

Congratulations to the new Supreme Leader of Iran, who is actually Ali Khamenei’s son.
Funeral services to be announced.

According to a new conspiracy theory, the late Rush Limbaugh was actually Jim Morrison of The Doors.
Which is just ridiculous. Rush Limbaugh isn’t really dead!
That’s just what they want you to think.

I assume that anyone listening to this is old enough to remember 9/11.

So I’m sure you remember the mainstream media’s response, after the initial shock wore off and they stopped waving the flag: They started worrying about Muslims.

Again and again, we saw some variation on this headline:

Muslims Fear Backlash

Journalists would interview Muslims throughout America and write down their fantasies of persecution.

“Yes, it was too bad 3,000 people were murdered by Muslim terrorists, just for showing up to their office jobs that day. But let’s not forget the real victims.”

And for the past 25 years, liberals have been running that play. Anytime a Muslim commits an act of terror, the attention shifts from the victims to Muslims.

Just last year, when that maniac in Boulder, Colorado, threw firebombs at Jews in a park in broad daylight, what did the media do? They immediately sympathized with the guy’s family. Who were in the process of being deported because they were all here illegally from Egypt, I think.

Never mind the people who this guy burned alive. Never mind the elderly woman he murdered. No, the real problem is that his poor kids might have to go back to Egypt.

Which is galling enough, but at least they didn’t directly blame the victims of the attack.

Ignored them, sure. Pushed them aside because they didn’t fit the narrative. But journalists and their fellow Democrats didn’t actively blame those people for being the victims of terrorism.

Well, guess what?
