I really enjoyed Jim's newsletters. He always had a funny and acerbic take on things.

I'm very happy for him getting the opportunity on Gutfeld.

I'm sorry though--I can't justify paying for one or two newsletters a week about (occasionally obscure) pop culture reviews. Maybe if he goes back to the 'old ways,' I'll re-join.

Thanks for everything, sir!

Good to see you online again. I'm not nearly up enough on comics to get the Swamp Thing reference, but I probably won't be watching Picard anyway. I wasn't that bit of a Next Generation fan, ever. I truly enjoyed Deep Space Nine, but most of the later stuff I just never cared about.

I do remember watching the original Star Trek in a college apartment with a friend (an electrical engineer grad student) who managed to keep on old, snow-filled TV working enough for some 5-6 of us to watch each week. New and bold then, and I loved every cheesy minute.

Ok, I'm going to make an admission here and say that I've never watched a John Wick movie - like, I understand the basic premise, but I just haven't watched them because they came out at a time when the kinds of movies I mostly watch are Pixar fare for the fam. I didn't read the spoiler section, but I might catch up on the John Wick series sometime in the future when I have some time for movies.

The John Wick movies are the only ones of that genre I could watch let alone enjoy - and I really did.

Thanks for the heads up. And 3 hours??!!

Who is this Grim Teacher, er Jim Treacher guy? I seem to remember in a galaxy long ago . . . Wait, wrong movie. Having never seen anything John Wick and unlikely to in the future, I’ll just say that it’s good to hear your online voice again. I hope the other gig is going well. I love Gutfeld!, but it can use some freshening up especially when the news has been so banal lately.

I really enjoyed JW4. Yeah, it’s ridiculous. I guess those kevlar suits protect you from being hit by multiple cars and falling 10 stories onto concrete. The run time was painful. Our showing had 30 minutes of commercials and previews before it even started. Plus now I have to choose my seats when I purchase tickets? Anyhoo, can’t wait for JW5!
