When Will President DeSantis Imprison Women for Getting Abortions?
Day 2, apparently
Nobody even knows yet if Ron DeSantis will run for president in 2024, but the libs have been acting that way for years now. My favorite DeSantis slur so far was when 60 Minutes criticized him for putting COVID vaccines in Publix stores, the most popular grocery chain in Florida. They wouldn’t shut up about the vaccines, but somehow DeSantis was the bad guy for making vaccines available to as many people as possible.
That one’s tough to top, but octogenarian NJ Congressman Bill Pascrell has come up with a pretty good one too:
There are a lot of things to like about this fake NYT front page — the misspelled name, the claim that women have never been imprisoned before, the NYPD supposedly doing DeSantis’ bidding, his joyful smile. But my favorite part is the date: January 21, 2025. The second day of the DeSantis administration. President DeSantis isn’t just holding signing ceremonies and pretending he accomplished something. He’s getting stuff done out there. Enacting his agenda, making a difference in people’s lives, right from the start.
