Recently I said I wanted Anthony Fauci to go away, and I stand by it. Which is why I’m glad he’s now where he belongs: the past.
Check out this clip of Fauci on C-SPAN in 2004, long before most of us had ever heard of a coronavirus or a Fauci:
“If she got the flu for 14 days, she’s as protected as anybody can be. ‘Cause the best vaccination is to get infected yourself… If she really has the flu, then she definitely doesn’t need a flu vaccine.”
In other words, ‘04 Fauci is espousing natural immunity. If you become ill with a virus and survive, your body learns how to protect itself from that virus.
But now it’s different.
Why is it different?
