Killing people is wrong. Killing people before they’re even born isn’t any better, and it’s arguably worse.
That’s always been my opinion. It has nothing to do with religion, or who happens to be the president of the United States at the moment, or any other consideration. Abortion means killing babies. Killing babies is wrong, and killing them for the sake of your own personal convenience is evil.
Politicians tell a lot of lies about abortion — Roe v. Wade is “settled law,” you have a “right to abortion” that’s “enshrined in the Constitution,” and other such gibberish — to appeal to selfish people who don’t want to take responsibility for their own actions. If you give those politicians power, they promise, you can kill all the babies you want. And they’ll even give you some arguments for why you’re not killing babies at all. (It’s just a “blob of tissue,” it’s no different than clipping your toenails, etc.) You can completely avoid science and reality and all those other pesky annoyances. All you need to do is trust the Democrats.
