Libs Hate Political Violence and Intimidation Unless It Helps Them
"It's different when WE do it"
I’d like to perform a thought experiment, and it involves trying to remember what the world was like when Ruth Bader Ginsburg was still alive.
What do you suppose our moral, ethical, and intellectual betters would’ve said if Republicans had gathered outside the home of the Notorious RBG and yelled at her about a judicial decision she’d made, or that they thought she was going to make? Do you think the fine folks at CNN+ — oh, sorry, it’s just CNN — would’ve made excuses for it? Would they have sneered at the very idea of civility?
Because that’s exactly what these geniuses are doing now:
The libs are condoning political violence and intimidation. And yet they’re still obsessed with January 6. Violence is bad, except when it suits their goals.
“It’s different when we do it!”
As if pissing off the most powerful judges in the country wasn’t dumb enough, now these idiots are protesting at churches:
This is the stupidest thing these abortion enthusiasts could possibly do, so of course they’re really into it.
Libs are excited about using mob tactics in service of killing even more babies:
This all seems like a terrible idea to me. Killing babies is bad enough, let alone threatening people for saying it’s wrong to kill babies. This is not going to persuade sane, rational people to change their minds.
But then, that’s not the goal. Persuasion is not the aim. Libs are fascists, and fascists always try to silence anyone who stands in their way. Then they proclaim themselves the victims.
It took a minute for the White House to condemn these freaks, and this is all we’re getting:
This is after Psaki said: “The president’s view is that there’s a lot of passion, a lot of fear, a lot of sadness from many, many people across this country about what they saw in that leaked document.” She condoned it, and now she’s pretending she didn’t.
Good hire, MSNBC!
Here’s another ridiculous scare tactic: Now the libs claim that if Roe v. Wade is overturned, the next step will be for the Supreme Court to ban interracial marriage. Seriously!
Here’s how Clarence Thomas must be reacting to that one:
Comics legend George Perez has passed away. He was 67.
The first time I remember reading a George Perez comic was when he took over Justice League of America. The previous artist, Dick Dillin, passed away in 1980, and Perez took over for a time. I didn’t (and don’t) know anything about art, but I could tell at a glance that this guy was different.
Perez was superhuman. He could draw anything, and sooner or later he did. He put more detail and dynamism into a single comic-book panel than most artists put into their whole careers.
When I was a kid, I wanted to be George Perez when I grew up. I still do! But there’s no replacing him. He was one of a kind. Taken from us at 67. Far too young.
At a time when superhero movies make billions of dollars, it’s a crime that more people don’t know the name George Perez. R.I.P.
Congratulations to the new Doctor on Doctor Who:
This is welcome news indeed. Finally, despite the bigoted braying of the naysayers…
The Doctor is a man again. At long last, sanity!
Seriously, though, there’s a black British actor named Paterson Joseph who was up for the role after David Tennant bowed out.
Joseph was terrific in the Jekyll miniseries Stephen Moffat did in 2007, and I was rooting for him. But Moffat ended up giving it to Matt Smith. I still think Joseph would make a great Doctor, but apparently they’re looking for a teenager.
Thanks for reading. Hey, why not buy a subscription for $5 a month or $50 a year? That way, I can afford to keep doing this. C’mon, don’t be a deadbeat. You scrolled all the way down here, so you know I’m worth it.
Rage is not a governing philosophy.
Come on. it was a mostly peaceful Molotov cocktail.
