Joe Biden entered the room to sign the bill. Took off his mask. Coughed into his hand Signed the bill. Gave the pen to Manchin. Put his mask back on. Shook hands with everyone in the room.

COVID theater ain’t what it used to be.

Sure, Biden is hopelessly mired in dementia, but that’s not why he has no idea what to do about the coronavirus. Nobody does. None of it makes sense anymore, and we’re coming to realize it never did. Masking does absolutely nothing. The vaccines seem to have helped… somewhat? People keep getting sick, over and over, but at least the death rate is down. We’re at the point now where the First Lady of the United States just got sick, and nobody’s panicking about it. It’s just another day. The pandemic is over. COVID-19 is just another thing we’re all learning to live with.

Biden might as well just cough in everybody’s faces and be done with it. Everyone in the room should just sneeze on each other. And then put their masks back on for show, of course.
