ICE Watch is following the Hamas strategy - provoke your opponent and get some of your own people killed, then whine.

ICE Watch gets rather anodyne treatment in the media because those folks generally agree with the outcome desired...that no illegal aliens are removed, regardless of what crimes they committed here. I wonder how they'd feel about a well-funded group if they blocked arrests of gang members. How about white collar crimes? What if we blocked cops from giving out speeding tickets? It's all the same obstruction, but the media hop on board for this one thing. Weird.

Good episode, Jim, not only did I read the transcript but I listened to it as well. Not sure if this helps at all with any algorithm, but if it does than whoo!

Interesting point about why these groups haven't been arrested, especially if you can have a writer/reporter uncover all this information about it, you would think that the feds or other law enforcement, whatever, would be able to infiltrate these groups as well. That might be your first problem - local and state government in Minneapolis and Minnesota probably has no interest in investigating them, so it's up to the feds. I'm not convinced that there's anyone in federal law enforcement who might be looking into this, given how much many of them still probably hate Trump from the last go-round. Second, if you did have someone that would collect evidence, you then have to go to the other part of law enforcement, the DA and others -- yes, I watched Law & Order-- to decide whether they had enough evidence to convict. In a rational and sane world, this could happen, but I don't think we're seeing any of this now. It's just political theater on both sides, and so what if a few idiots get killed along the way. Bread and circuses, are you not entertained? blah blah blah.

Re: celebrity's lawyers. Recall that Alec Baldwin shot and killed his cinematographer, went on TV and said some incriminating things, and still got off. I suspect Lemon's very expensive lawyers will be just as good.
