Two hikers are in the woods and they run into a grizzly bear. The bear roars and starts chasing them. They’re running like hell from the huge angry beast, and the first hiker says to the second, “No way we can outrun this bear!”
The second hiker replies: “I don’t need to run faster than the bear. I just need to run faster than you.”
That’s the scenario we’re seeing right now with Joe Rogan and the mainstream media. They’re the two hikers, and the bear is the looming threat of unemployment and obsolescence.
Scumbag journos like Brian Stelter and Jim Acosta are just trying to stay ahead of Rogan so the bear eats him first, and they’ll do whatever they can to trip him up:
Acosta and Stelter are very bad at their job, which is ostensibly journalism. But they like their paychecks and they like being on TV — for an audience of just a few hundred thousand people in the entire world, but still — so they’ll do whatever is necessary to survive in that ecosystem.
If that means trying to get people fired for saying things they don’t like, what do they care? They can’t attract an audience, so they’ll just pull down anybody who does.
