Sorry to get all scientific about it, but if you can get pregnant, you’re not a man. That’s what “pregnant” means.

You can take all the hormones you want. You can grow a beard and bigger muscles. You can have your breasts removed, and/or any other surgery you think will do the trick. You can cosmetically shape yourself into an approximation of something you’re not. You have the right to do that to your own body. But you can’t force me to say, with a straight face, that a man can get pregnant. No. That’s not how life works.
