Billie Eilish: Indian Giver?

Celebrities say stupid things all the time, because their wealth and fame insulates them from the reality most of us have to live in. They believe that because they’ve been successful in some nonessential field (singing into a microphone so a studio technician can autotune it, standing in front of a greenscreen and pretending to be a superhero, etc.), they know what’s happening in the real world because they saw a meme.

That goes for everybody you see on TV, even the ones who share your political beliefs. This includes politicians, who are just wannabe celebrities with even less talent.

Even among the rich and famous, “singer” Billie Eilish is particularly hypocritical and insufferable. She’s fond of bashing people who are richer than she is, and then taking a limousine ride back to one of her luxury homes.

While accepting a Grammy for one of her unmemorable songs the other night, Eilish blurted out what may be her dumbest utterance yet. And she’s getting called out for it by the Injuns.

I mean Native Americans.
